A Little of This & That ~ Shop Pumpkin Spice Inspiration

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a little inspiration from Shop Pumpkin Spice. I have a card for you created from Echo Park's This & That Collection. Staying with this month's theme I went a little masculine. Using these Echo Park papers makes it quite easy to put a more masculine look together.

Just a few punches, chipboard, and some twill in Oatmeal and I was all set! To set everything off, I added a little distress ink. This was a super easy and quick card.
All of these items can be purchased at Shop Pumpkin Spice and the prices are always at least 30% off retail. How wonderful is that!
Here are the direct links to the items used:

Head on over to the Pumpkin Spice Blog to check out even more inspiration from my design team sisters. You are sure to see some wonderful projects.

Until next time...

You Moo-ve Me! ~SMS Terrific Tuesday Challenge

Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

It's Terrific Tuesday Challenge time over at Scrappy Moms Stamps. For this challenge the designers were all asked to make a project that included an Action Wobble.

I thought it would be fun to use a sentiment from Scrappy Moms newest release, Spring Fair.

I love this cow from the Paper Dolls Dress Up cartridge but it doesn't have layers. So, I created my own layers by cutting her out 3 times in brown, beige, and black. Then I pieced her together. I cut away her head and attached it to an Action Wobble.

In the following pictures I tried to capture the movement. It's not an easy task but I wanted you to see how the head moves.

As I mentioned earlier, I used the newest stamp set from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Did you see the new Pinwheel Die that Scrappy Moms released?

Both of these sets are in stock and can be order from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Here are the details:

Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut Cartridge ~ Cow
ZooBalloo Cricut Cartridge ~ grass
Old West Cricut Cartridge ~ fence
Scrappy Moms Stamps ~ Action Wobble
Peachy Keen Stamps ~ PK-754 Critter Faces Medium
Ranger Distress Ink "Tea Dye"

That's it for today! Head on over to Scrappy Moms Stamps to see all the inspiration from my fellow design team sisters.

Poppin' In with Scrappy Moms Stamps March Release!

Happy Monday! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing another card from Scrappy Moms Stamps newest release, "Spring Fair."

I used Elegant Edges Cricut Cartridge for the base of my card and for the sentiment background. For the popcorn I used and SVG file but for the life of me I cannot remember where I got it. I will add that information when I find it. I decided to keep this card simple and just emboss the card base.

My sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps, "Spring Fair" and my Marachino Baker's Twine that I added to my card can also be purchased from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Don't forget to check out this wonderful Pinwheel Die that was released this weekend!

Everything is in stock and ready to ship. Hurry and get yours!

Thanks for stopping. Come back tomorrow for a new challenge at Scrappy Moms Stamps!

Beauty from My Mind's Eye ~ Shop Pumpkin Spice Design Day

Hi Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today's card is made with designer paper from one of my favorites lines, My Mind's Eye. Shop Pumpkin Spice has so many My Mind's Eye papers to choose from and at the best prices around. I choose to use My Mind's Eye Stella and Rose "Hazel" 6x6 paper pad.

I made this card for my daughter's birthday. She will be 17 on Saturday. I wanted something a little more grown up and I thought this card worked perfectly.

I used my Cricut Expression, Elegant Edges Cricut Cartridge, and Freshly Picked Cricut Cartridge to cut my image and the card base. Using designer paper from the same 6x6 paper pad makes it very easy to coordinate. I used some beautiful Crinkle Ribbon to create a bow.  Word has it that there will be some new yummy colors coming to Shop Pumpkin Spice soon. I can't wait! To the center of the bow I added a brad from My Mind's Eye Stella and Rose "Happy" Decorative Brads. As always I used my trusty ATG gun to put my card altogether and I always buy my refills from Shop Pumpkin Spice.

Check out the full line of My Mind's Eye designer papers that Shop Pumpkin Spice has to offer. There is even a My Mind's Eye Value Pack of all the 2011 designs. It consists of 100 sheets of 12x12 papers.

Shop Pumpkin Spice has the best value on all of your scrapping a cardmaking supplies! I hope you will take some time to browse and see all the wonderful things that are available.

Thanks for stopping and I will see you tomorrow with something new that I am excited to show you!

Mmm Girl Scout Cookies!!

Hi Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I have a card that I made for my little niece, Amber. Amber just started Girl Scouts this year and she was selling Girl Scout Cookies. I had ordered some cookies from her and her mom, my sister, mailed them to me.  I live in North Carolina and she lives in Pennsylvania so I don't get to see her very often. Amber told her mom that she wanted me to come to get the cookies because she missed me. So, I just had to make her this cute little Girl Scout card.

The little Girl Scout is a SVG file that I purchased from My Scrap Chick. It took me a little while to piece it together but I think it turned out cute.

Here is what I used:

A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge ~ scalloped tag that was welded together to create the card base
ZooBalloo Cricut Cartridge ~ grass
Peachy Keen Stamps ~ PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment
Scrappy Moms Stamps "Mini Messages" ~ sentiment
Copic Markers
White Gel Pen

Well, that's it for today! Come back tomorrow to see what I have created for the Peachy keens Stamps Challenge.

Until then...
Happy Crafting!

Shop Pumpkin Spice "Boy Crazy" Blog Hop

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

It's the first Saturday in March and that means it's time for a Shop Pumpkin Spice Blog Hop. This month's hop theme is "Boy Crazy." All of the designers have a male themed project that includes a challenge: Use at least one circle, twine, and at least one button.

If you came from Courtney's blog, Court's Crafts, then you are on the right path. If you just happened upon my blog then you will want to head over to the Pumpkin Spice Blog to start from the beginning. This hop is a great way to get some good ideas for those difficult male projects.

I created a card using Echo Park's "A Boy's Life" 6x6 paper pad.

I am so pleased with the way this card came out. It could be used as a birthday, congratulations, or encouragement card. Echo Park's "A Boy's Life" is filled with wonderful designs and I know I will get a lot of use out of this pad.

I used my Cricut Expression and my Gypsy to cut out my shapes. I then inked all my edges with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye. I added some wooden buttons from my stash and inked them, also. I added The Twinery Twine in Pea Pod and Lemondrop to my buttons.

These items can be found at Shop Pumpkin Spice:
