Hi There! I am the featured designer on the Craftin Desert Divas blog today. I am kicking off the next featured stamp for the next 3 days. Today I am showcasing the Baked with Love stamps. This set will be on sale over the next 3 days so hurry and get this fabulous set.

I created a card using this cute gingerbread die cut from KaDoodle Bug Designs. You can find it HERE. My sentiment from the Baked with Love stamp set was stamped on a circle them placed on a scallop circle that was cut from the Stitched in Circles Dies. I added a few sequins from CDD Jingle Jangle sequin mix.

A little ribbon, twine, Clear Wink of Stella, and Glossy Accents gives the card that little extra touch to finish it off.

Just A Note ~ CDD Daily Post

Hi everyone! I am up on the CDD Blog today to share a few little note cards on this Thanksgiving Day.

I made a few little shaker lunch notes.

To create the shakers I used the We R Memory Keeper Fuse Tool.

I added several different CDD Sequins to each pocket before sealing them up. 

After coloring my images I added them to the front, along with a sentiment. The cards are finished off with some Baker's Twine.

I want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and hope your day is filled with many blessings!

Here is what I've created for you.....

For my first card I used the new Busy Bees stamp set. I stamped my flower and masked them then stamped the honey pot to created a vase. These were colored with Copic Markers. I used CDD Fancy Frames Dies for the base layer of my card.

For my other elements I used the new Pocket Pieces Hello Dies.

For my next card I colored the cute little elephant from the new Tons mini stamps. I placed her on a card base that was inked with Distress Ink, I used the new Stitched Scallop Dies to create a mask for my clouds. The balloons are from CDD Party Dies.

My sentiment is from CDD Animal Antics stamp set.

Hi Honey ~ Craftin Desert Divas November Sneak Peek

Today is Day 4 of the sneak peeks for the November product release at Craftin Desert Divas. 

We have (3) 5x7 new stamp sets and (4) 2x3 mini stamps for this release and 2 new die sets designed by our own design team member Leah!

Today we are showcasing the new Busy Bees stamps.

I have created a card using the cute little bee couple. I colored the images with Copic markers. I added them to a panel that was cut with the rectangle from the CDD Mix It Up Dies.

Embossing paste and a stencil were used to create some texture and honeycomb background. This was then add to a card base made with CDD FancyFrame Dies. 

Everything was finished off with some Stickles and Glossy Accents.

Here is what I have created for you:

This first card features the new Cutie KaToodles Standing Indian Turkey. I paper-pieced him and put him on a 5" x 5" scalloped card base. I love these Cutie KaToodles. They have the best eyes! I love to add some Clear Wink Of Stella and Glossy Accents to them to give them a good shine. My sentiment on this card is from Craftin Desert Divas Happy Celebrations stamp set.

For my second card I chose to use this cute penguin file called Trimming the Tree. I decided to turn this file into a shaped card. Because of the size I cut this file I decided not to use the eyes because they would have cut very tiny. Once I paper-pieced everything I stamped eyes from Peachy Keen Stamps PK-754 Critter Faces Medium. I added some white gel pen accents to create stripes on the candy canes and some Clear Wink of Stella on the ornaments. Finally, I finished off the card by adding a bit of Yellow Stickles to the star.

Sending Tons of Love! ~ Craftin Desert Divas November Sneak Peek

Hi there! It's Friday! Yay!

Today I am sharing a card for the Craftin Desert Divas Facebook Sneak Peeks that start today!

We are showing you projects using the new November Release. Today we are featuring the new Pocket Pieces Hello Dies and 2 new mini stamps: Ton and Chickie.

Here is what I created:

For my card I started with a base that I made using Craftin Desert Divas Fancy Frame Dies. I folded a card base and offset the die at the fold so that it only cut on 3 sides and created a nice scalloped shaped card. I then used the rectangle from the Mix It Up Dies to create one of my panels.

I cut a piece of water color paper using the new Pocket Pieces Hello Dies and stamped the cute little elephant from the new mini Ton stamp. I water colored him then masked him off to create my background. (that's a little pre-peek of something coming tomorrow )

To finish off my card I added a scallop border and stamped my sentiment on die cuts created with the new Pocket Pieces Hello Dies.

Handsome Little Devil ~ with KaDoodle Bug Designs

Hi there! I'm sharing this card on the KaDoodle Bug Designs blog today! Isn't he cute!!

I love this little devil and have wanted to put him on a card for a while. Since Halloween is over I turned him into a card that could be given for a birthday or some other special occasion.

This little guy is a Cutie KaToodles file called Cutie KaToodles - Devil Bear.

I used a some dies and stamps from Craftin Desert Divas to make this a complete card.

To make him a little extra special I added some detail his eyes and nose with some Ranger Glossy Accents.

I hope that you can see that some of the seasonal files can be used for everyday occasions just by your sentiment choice.

 Welcome to our mid post for this week's "Make It Sparkle" challenge.

Here is what I created.

I kept my card pretty simple and added touches of gold. I started with a 4.75" square card base and created a shaker card. The center of the card was cut using the CDD Stitched in Circles Dies. 

The sentiment was cut in gold glitter with the In Line Dies. This is thick cardstock and the die cut it with no problem whatsoever.

The shaker was filled with Silver and Gold sequins.

Friends Make Life Bearable

Hi there! It's Friday! Yay!! Weekend, here I come!

I don't know about you but there are some weeks that I can barely get in my craft room to play. That has been my last few weeks! 

Today's card has been in the making for a while now. Not because it is an elaborate design, I just didn't have the time to sit down to put it together!!

I decided that I wanted to make a shaker card featuring this cute little bear from KaDoodle Bug Designs called Pumpkin Patch Bears. I created the base and the frame for my shaker using Craftin Desert Divas Fancy Frames Dies.

I paper-pieced my little bear after inking up all my pieces. A little Glossy accents was added to the eyes and nose for some shine.

I thought the CDD speech bubble from the Mix It Up Dies would work perfectly with this card. The sentiment is from CDD Deer Friends stamp set and was heat embossed in Hero Arts White Embossing Powder.

I filled the shaker with various sequins from Craftin Desert Divas and I, also, added a few gold seed beads.
