I made this card for Madison, a little girl battling cancer. Trish over at Techniques by Trish is hosting a card drive for this little girl and her family. Click here for the details.
I will also be submitting this to My Pink Stamper's Color Challenge. The colors to use are pink, purple, and green.
The details:
Cricut Cartridge ~ Create A Critter ~ racoon and marque shape
Paper ~ Recollections and Martha Stewart
Ribbon ~ WalMart
Peachy Keen Stamps ~ PK-754 Critter Faces SET A Medium ~ My set really didn't have a face that fit the racoon so I chose two stamps and combined them. I liked the mouth and nose on one stamp so I just inked up that part and stamped. I used the eyes from another stamp but had to ink one eye and stamp and then do the same for the other eye.
Sentiment ~ TPC Studios
White Gelly Roll Pen
Color Chalk Ink ~ Chestnut Roan ~ I just inked the marque shape a little to help it stand out.
Have great Sunday, Everyone!
Oh my, that little raccoon looks adorable in purple and with PK stamps. She will love it!
ReplyDeletecute card! Madison will love it! I'm impressed by your card, this was a hard challenge! I'm still not sure I can do in with these colors in 30 min.
ReplyDeleteliz :o)
Liz, I felt the same way at first. I was not diggin' that color combo. I went looking for some paper that I thought would coordinate together and that's when I found the Martha Stewart pack. The background paper has onk, purple, and green stripes and the green polka dot was in the same pack. So, it bacame quite easy after that!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your card. It is so cute!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute card and the colors all together came out really cute! I'm sure Madison will love it. TFS
