Fantabulous Cricut "Deck The Halls" Crawl!

Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together and the third Fantabulous Cricut Crawl...Fantabulous Cricut's version of a blog hop!

In honor of the approaching Christmas holiday, we're having a "Deck The Halls" Crawl...each Design Team member will be featuring an original Christmas/Holiday-themed project that could be used to decorate and spruce up their homes for the Holiday Season!

If you've come from visiting the amazingly talented Robin at Robin’s Creative Cottage, you're in the right place! If you've just happened across my blog and would like to play along with our Fantabulous Cricut Crawl, start HERE.

Make sure to check out each DT member's blog for some awesome inspiration! There will be PRIZES along the way at our DT members' blogs, AND there will be a Grand Prize up for grabs for one participant that submits a "Deck The Halls" project at FCCB!

How fun is that?

I have two projects for you today. The first project I have for you can be displayed on a mantle, shelf, or even hang on the wall.
I purchased these wooden letters at Hobby Lobby but you could also use paper mache’ letters. I decided to spell the word JOY.

Supplies needed for this project:
Wooden or Paper Mache’ Letters
Acrylic paint
Scotch Quick Dry glue ~ use this to adhere your patterned paper to the letters
Patterned paper ~ I used My Mind’s Eye “Signature Christmas”
Ranger Distress Ink ~ Tea Dye
Mod Podge ~ Use this to cover the letters to seal down the patterned paper
Cricut Cartridge ~ Winter Woodland
Ribbon
Stickles ~ Stardust, Baby Blue
Gelly Roll Pen
Foam Tape

For my second project I made a wreath.
You can put this together quickly.

Supplies needed for this project:
Styrofoam wreath base
Spray paint to cover the wreath base
Patterned paper ~ I used My Mind’s Eye “Signature Christmas”
Ranger Distress Ink ~ Aged Mahogany
Cricut Cartridge ~ Home Accents but you can find a leaf on many other cartridges
Straight pins
A beautiful bow ~ I found this gorgeous bow at Hobby Lobby. It was 50% off at the time.
Now, who wants blog candy? Today I am offering one lucky winner a package of some of my favorite crafting items. I use these often in my creations and think that others would enjoy using these, also.
To win these goodies all you have to do is leave a comment on this post with a way to contact you. You don’t have to become a follower but I’d be thrilled if you did! You have until midnight est., Sunday, December 19th. I will use Random.org to choose and the winner will be announced Wednesday, Dec. 22.

Now it's your turn! Let's see your Christmas/Holiday-Themed Decor projects! Make sure to include a Cricut cut somewhere on your project!
Next stop is the super talented Sharon at Ladybug Designs. Go see what she has in store for you today... And when you're done, make sure to link up your project to FCCB's Fantabulous Cricut Crawl post to be entered into the contest!
Happy Crawling!
