Project Life Cards with Neat and Tangled

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping  Together!

It's been a busy time at my house with the beginning of school and I know that is the same with many of you.

Tonight I wanted to share a quick project that I created for one of the birthday challenges over at the Little Tangles Blog.

Neat and Tangled has been celebrating all month for its birthday.

Here is what I created for the Project Life challenge on the Little Tangles Blog.

I created two 3x4 journal cards using some patterned paper, Neat and Tangled Stamps and sequins.

For my first card, I used some Echo Park paper and stamped my sentiment with Kindness Matters. I used the little heart border that comes in the set to stamp on some Studio Calico wood veneer butterflies with some Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Bubble Gum. I added some Pretty Pretty Pink Satin Sequins to finish off the card.

For my next card I used the Dreams stamp that I got for free for placing an order. I stamped it the sentiment directly on my patterned paper and then paper pieced the banner. I started with a white banner but it seemed a little too bright so I colored it with my Copic markers. I, then off set it a bit just for some interest.

I punched a few clouds using my Fiscars cloud punches and ran them through my Cuttlebug to emboss them with the D'Vine Swirl folder. I chose some sparkly blue sequins from the Birthday Bash Sequin Assortment pack. Stitching was added with my white gel pen.

I am thrilled to finally join in one of the challenges over at Little Tangles and am hoping to join more.

Well, I am getting this linked up at the last minute, so I will leave you for now.

Until next time...
Happy Crafting!

This project got an honorable mention!
