For A Special Little One ~ DCD Guest Post & Challenge

Hi There! I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing holiday weekend!

Today I have the honor of being a guest designer for the newest Die Cuttin' Diva's challenge. 

The challenge this week is Baby Love

Here is what I created:

I had a lot of fun putting this sweet giraffe together. She is from KaDoodle Bug Design called Cutie KaToodles - Giraffe. I layered her on a background created using the Craftin Desert Divas Banner Dies.

My sentiment comes from Craftin Desert Divas Bitty Blessing and was stamped on a tag from the Tag Essentials Die. I added a few Doodle Bug Sprinkles in Bubble Gum, Hip Hip Hooray, and Tangerine. I added some sparkle to my giraffe's eyes using Wink of Stella in Clear.

This picture is a little blurry but I wanted you to see the different layers. This die cut looks a lot better when you pop some of the layers.

I used the brand new Tag Essentials Dies for my background added my princess from Enchanted Wishes.

She is colored with Copic markers.

For some sparkle I added some Wink of Stella to her gown.

My Happy Birthday sentiment is from CDD Simply Said stamp set.

And this sentiment is included in the Enchanted Wishes set.

Chase those Clouds Away! ~ Craftin Desert Divas May Sneak Peek Day 3

Today is Day 3 of the sneak peeks for the May stamp release at Craftin Desert Divas. We have 5 new stamp sets and 2 die sets.

Today we are showcasing the brand new Garden Cuties stamp set and The Sky is the Limit stamp set and coordinating dies.

Here's what I've created for you...

My first projects features the new CDD Garden Cuties. I colored up this cutie with Copic markers and added the sentiment that is part of this stamp set.

This gift box is a file that I got from My Craft Spot and is no longer available for purchase. I love this file, though, and have used it many times.

Here is a close up of this Garden Cutie! I added a bit of Wink of Stella the her petals.

For my second project I made a card.

This card features the new CDD The Sky is the Limit stamp set and Dies.

I created a water colored background with Distress Inks in Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, and Weathered Wood.

This little duck is from KaDoodle Bug Designs called Cutie KaToodles - Rainy Day Duck.

These dies are definitely going to come in handy and you will probably be seeing them in many upcoming projects!

This card was so much fun to make! I colored this little girl with my Copic markers, layered her on a scalloped circle, and a banner made with the Craftin Desert Divas Banner Die.

Here is a closer look of this cutie! 

I added a few little star sequins from CDD Twinkle Sequins mix.

 This is just one of fun sentiments that is included in the Little Super Star set.
