Enjoy this Day ~ SPS Inspiration

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a card that I made using products from Shop Pumpkin Spice.

I thought I would use the current Pumpkin Spice Challenge for my inspiration. The challenge this week is to create something with "Spring Animal or Insects."

I have always wanted to cut this jar of butterflies from Kate's ABC Cricut cartridge and this challenge was perfect.

My patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing "Tangerine" 6x6 pad. I love the beautiful colors and patterns in this pad! I layered it on some kraft cardstock. I added some yellow ribbon from my stash and topped it with a brad from My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing "Sunshine" decorative brads.

I added a bit of The Twinery Baker's Twine in Canteloupe to embellish the jar.

I chose a sentiment from Paper Smooches Flap Happy set.

You can find these products and so much more at Shop Pumpkin Spice and the prices are always at least 30% off retail.

If you would like to join in the Pumpkin Spice Weekly Challenge then be sure to head on over to the Pumpkin Spice Blog. You have until Friday 9 PM est to link your project. We would love for you to join in!

Thank you for joining me today!

Until next time...

Sweet Sixteen ~ Shop Pumpkin Spice Inspiration!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

This is my second post today. You can check out my Peachy Keen Stamps post by clicking --> HERE
Or you can just scroll down. :)

Today is a special posting day for the Pumpkin Spice Blog. Several of the designers have created some extra inspiration for you.

I created a card using products that can be found at Shop Pumpkin Spice.

I have to say that this card came out just the way I imagined it. It was really simple to put together, too.

This fun paper is from Fancy Pants Designs Be You 6x6 paper pad. It has fun colors and patterns that I thought would be perfect for a Sweet 16 card.

I added some twine and a Prima flower. The brad is from My Mind's Eye Fine and Dandy Tickled Pink Brads.

The number 16 was cut using my Cricut Expression and the Kate's ABC's cartridge. I welded the shadow using my Gypsy and then layered the patterned paper on top.

My sentiment inside and out are both from My Pink Stamps Girlie Doodles.

I've added links to all the product I used so that you can easily find them on Shop Pumpkin Spice. Although once you are there you may be tempted to look around even more. It is chock full of great designer papers, embellishments, stamps, and more!

Check out the Pumpkin Spice Blog to see all the wonderful inspiration that is being shared.

Until next time...

Buggy for Birthdays Blog Hop ~ You are Loved

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today we are celebrating the birthday of the wonderfully talented Corri of Bug Lover Cards! The theme is Buggy for Birthdays! So you should be seeing some type of bug on every project along the hop.

If you are coming from Corri's blog, Bug Lover Cards, then you are in the right place. If you just happened upon my blog and want to start from the beginning then had right over to Corri's blog. She is the first stop.

I decided to use this opportunity to make a birthday card for my mother-in-law. Her birthday is at the end of the month. I wanted something that would let her know how much we love her.

I made this card with gorgeous paper from Echo Park's For the Record stack. Love this paper!! I also pulled out the new set of Scrappy Moms Stamps, Believe in Miracles, for my sentiment.

Here's a look at this special stamp set.

Scrappy Moms Stamps is donating $2.00 from every purchase of this stamp set to cancer reseach and support. It's a great set that is very versatile. BTW, SMS is offering FREE Shipping until the 16th on all orders. Now is a great time to buy those stamps you have been wanting!

All my cuts for the card came from Kate's ABCs.

Now, before you go, leave a comment for a chance to win one of the many wonderful prizes that Corri is giving away. Leave a comment on all the blogs in the hop for even more chances to win. There are some fabulous prizes to be had! And don't forget to wish Corri a Happy Birthday!

Your next stop is Sarah from Live Love and Scrap!

Flower Shower

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Today's "Challenge Me Monday" over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog is "Flower Shower." Use at least 3 flowers on your project and, as always, it must include a Cricut cut.

For today's project I have created a gift box. I had seen something simular out in the blog world but cannot remember where. There are just so many inspiring blogs out there that I some times have trouble remembering exactly where I have seen projects I have liked.

I used a double sided paper for this box so it would be pretty inside and out.

Here's a close up so you can see the dimension of the flowers:

And one more...

Here are the details:

Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More ~ Box
Gypsy Wanderings ~ Scalloped circle to create window
Kate's ABCs ~ Flowers
Echo Park Carstock ~ Life Is Good
Ranger Distress Ink ~ Tea Dye
Acetate for window ~ it's actually recycled cartridge packaging
Pop Dots for the middle flower

Head on over to Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog to see what my fellow designers have created to inspire you today and then join us in the "Flower Shower!"

I am adding this to Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge over at My Creative Time. The challenge was to make a 3D item using an older cartridge. Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More definately qualifies!

Happy Crafting!

Easter Blessings

Happy Easter, my crafty friends!

I hope you day has been filled with many wonderful family memories. I know for my family it has been both fun and relaxing.

I love that this is a day set aside to remember the resurrection of my Savior. I don't ever want to lose that feeling of awe for what he has done for me and for mankind. I pray that if you don't know Him as your Lord and Savior that you will one day accept his free gift of salvation.

Since this is such a special day I wanted to make one last card. This card is just so sweet. You see, I just got Kate's ABCs and the cuts remind me so much of my girls. So here is one last Easter card.
Isn't this cut just the sweetest!

Here are the details:
Kate's ABC's Cricut Cartridge ~ All cuts
Scrappy Moms Stamps ~ Spring Fling
Echo Park cardstock ~ A Walk in the Park
Orange Peel Stickles
Diamond Stickles
White Gelly Roll Pen
Distress Ink ~ Tea Dye
Ribbon

I'll see you all tomorrow with another project for "Challenge Me Monday" at

Until then...

Happy Crafting!
