Christmas In July Facebook Fan Page Hop

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a project that I made for a special Christmas In July Facebook Fan Page Hop that includes designers from both Peachy Keen Stamps and KaDoodle Bug Designs.

For the hop I made these cute gift tags.

These cute gingers are from KaDoodle Bug Designs called Cute Winter Gingers 1. I cut them with my Silhouette Cameo but I left out the faces so I could use my Peachy Keen Stamps.

After I paper-pieced my gingers I attached them to a glassine bag that I punched with a Fiscars punch.  I stamped each bag with Versa Mark ink using PK-148 Snow Gifts. I heat embossed the snow flakes from this set with some gold embossing powder.

All of my tags were stamped with a sentiment from PKSC-31 July 2014.

I stamped this cute ginger's face from PK-640 Princess Face Assortment. 

My little boy ginger's face stamped with PK-642 Boy Mates Assortment.

This ginger's face is, also, from PK-640 Princess Face Assortment.

Fish You Were Here! ~ Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge

Today is the beginning of a new Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge.

Things are little different for this challenge and the future challenges. There will only be one challenge a month from now on so that means you have almost a whole month to participate.

Here are the challenge details:

Peachy Keen Challenge 14-11

Choose to use the sketch challenge, color palette, or photo or any combination of the three to create your project.

Deadline to submit your project is August 12th.

I took inspiration from both the sketch and photo to create my card.

I used PKSC- 18 June 2013 for these cute little fish. I colored them with Copic markers. My sentiment is from PK-1255 Fishbowl.

I just love this cute little elf from the July Stamp of the Month. The sentiment and the music notes all came from this set. I colored my elf with Copic Markers and layered him on some festive card stock.

Peachy Keen Stamps July Sneak Peek Day 1

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

No, no, no… NOT outside, but at Peachy Keen Stamps it’s looking a whole lot like Christmas!!

Welcome to our annual Christmas in July Release!

Here we are celebrating Christmas in the midst of Summer and 4th of July celebrations!  This is a much anticipated event for us, and tonight we kick off our sneak peeks by showcasing five adorable stamps sets that will have you excited and ready to get started on your 2014 holiday projects.   You DO know there are only 174 days left until Christmas don’t you?   Take a break from the Summer heat and grab something cool to drink and join us  as we share projects made with PKSC-31 July 2014, PK-1410 Christmas In July Faces (Assortment and 1 1/8″ sizes), PK-1412 Snow Hugs Snowman, and PK-1413 SMILE Snowman.

For my project I used PK-1412 Snow Hugs. I love this cutie!

She was paper-pieced and colored with a glitter pen.
