3D Clutch and Shop Pumpkin Spice Inspiration

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a 3D project using products from Shop Pumpkin Spice and a free file from SVG Cuts.

SVG Cuts was giving away a free clutch file and asked that you make the clutch and upload it to their site. You can find the details and clutch HERE.

The clutch was super easy to put together and I really love how it came out!

The base was cut from Bazzill cardstock.

My patterned paper is from Echo Park "Times and Seasons." This particular pattern is called "Trinkets."  I inked the edges with Ranger distress ink. Brads were added from Echo Park This & That and I added a resin flower from my stash. I, also, added a small piece of Velcro to the flap to keep it closed.

You can se even more products from Shop Pumpkin Spice HERE.

Don't forget to join in the current challenge on the Pumpkin Spice Blog!

I hope you enjoyed my 3D project today.

Until next time...

Happy Christmas Wishes with Peachy Keen Stamps

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a card I created for the Peachy Keen Stamps Blog.

As you may know Peachy Keen Stamps is celebrating Christmas in July! So, I thought it would be fun to create a card using some older Peachy Keen Stamps.

This card was created with PK-327 Winter Peekers & Phrases. I stamped this cute gingerbread boy on some Kraft cardstock and paper pieced his scarf. I used a white gel pen to color in the icing and topped it with some glossy accents.

I thought he would look perfect peeking over PK- 188 Brick Wall that was stamped on some red cardstock. I added some snow to the top and sprinkled it with some glitter before it dried.

The wreath was created with a Martha Stewart Branch Punch. I added a few sequins for decoration.

The background paper was stamped and heat embossed with a snowflake from PK-148 Snow Gifts. to finish the card, I added a sentiment from PK-859 Christmas Greetings Words. I love this set! You can mix and match the phrases to create numerous greetings. A must have, in my opinion!

Before I go I just want to remind you about the month long sale that is going on at Peachy Keen Stamps!

Happy Holidays ~ Peachy Keen Stamps July Peek

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

I'm back with another sneak peek of Peachy Keen Stamps July release.

These penguins are so cute and fun!

They are both from PKSC-19 July 2013 Stamp of the Month. I stamped and paper-pieced them.

I used patterned paper from My Mind's Eye "Merry" 6x6 paper pad. I wanted to add some snowflakes to my sky so I used a snowflake from PK-148 Snow Gifts. I heat embossed them with white embossing powder. The penguins are framed with a Polaroid frame.

The frame is decorated with a Martha Stewart branch punch and topped with a Carta Bella brad.

The sentiment is from PK-859 Christmas Greeting Words. Love this set. It is full of great phrases that can be mixed and matched.

Now for some exciting news!

It's All About the Cookies! ~ Peachy Keen Stamps July Peek

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

If you haven't heard yet it is Christmas in July at Peachy Keen Stamps!

This month's release is all things Christmas.

For my peek I used one of the add on sets that coordinate with the July Stamp of the Month.

I decided to cover and decorate a notebook. I thought this would be perfect to use for Christmas lists or cookie recipes.

I covered the cover of the note pad with patterned paper and then added my decorations. I choose these cute PK-1326 Gingerbread Two Part Cookie Stamps . I stamped the cookie on Kraft cardstock them stamped the icing with embossing ink and added white embossing powder.

I colored in the hearts with Copic marker and then covered them with Glossy Accents as well as the eyes.

The holly and sentiment come from PKSC-19 July 2013 Stamp of the Month. I stamped the sentiment on a shape that I cut from Lacy Labels Cricut cartridge.

To finish off the note pad I tied the binding with red and green ribbon.

Here is a closer look at the gingerbread.

There plenty of sneak peeks to feast your eyes on over on the Peachy Keen Stamps Blog tonight as wells the next 2 nights.

It all leads up to our Release Party on The Peachy Keen Connection on July 5th at 6 p.m. CDT.  Join our event page on Facebook and let us know you'll be coming to the party!!  We'll be chatting with the design team, playing games, sharing challenges, and of course we'll be giving away some prizes, too!

After the party you will be able to purchase the new stamps from the Peachy Keen Stamps store.

Come back tomorrow for another Peachy peek!

Until next time...

Hooray for the Red, White, & Blue! ~ SMS Terrific Tuesday Challenge

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today is the start of another Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at Scrappy Moms Stamps.

The challenge:

Red, White, and Blue

Here is what I created:

I just love this silhouette from A Child's Year Cricut cartridge! I had never used it so I thought this was the perfect time.

For my card I started with a scalloped square base that I cut from Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge. I ran the from through my Cuttlebug and embossed it with the Swiss Dots folder. I then layered it with a blue mat and some patterned paper from K&Company.

It's a bit on the subtle side but I embossed the patterned paper with a Sizzix  embossing folder called "Stars and Swirls." I popped my image with pop dots and added some Air Mail Baker's Twine and a button from my stash.

The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps "Yankee Doodle Dandy!"

This is such a great set for all your patriotic projects!

Now it's your turn! We want to see your Red, White, and Blue projects. You just may win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice!

Hurry on over to Scrappy Moms Stamps and check out what the rest of the designers have created!

It's a busy week this week so come back later for another project!

Until next time...
Happy Crafting!
