Hey Hottie! ~ PKS Challenge

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

It's challenge time at Peachy Keen Stamps. This week's challenge is titled "Souper Fun!"
Recycle a soup can for your project and be sure to use a Peachy Keen Stamp for a chance at the prize.

I used my can to create some gift packaging.

Instead of this can containing soup, it now contains Atomic Fire Balls. These sentiments from the new add-on sets to the May Stamp of the Month were perfect.
.
I wrapped my can in My Mind's Eye designer paper. The balls of flames are from the Indie Art Cricut cartridge. I stamped them with PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids face assortment.

I glued to the top back on to my can after filling it and added a red bow and tag. This can has a pull tab so the recipient will be able to open it easily.

There is more inpiration on the Peachy keen Challenge Blog. I hope you will join us in this week's challenge!

Don't forget about the relese party on the Peachy Keen Connection. It starts Saturday at 6:00 pm (CST) !

A Peachy Peek ~ PKS Stamp of the Month

Hi Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Peachy Keen Stamps has done it again! You are going to love the new Stamp of the Month and Peachy Picks!  Have a look at the bueaty I created with the new stamps...

This card is for my mother-in-law.

I used the new Peachy Keen Stamps May Stamp of the Month for the flowers and sentiment.

I chose some of my favorite My Mind's Eye Stella and Rose "Hazel" papers and paper pieced my flowers. I cut a few leaves using my Cricut Expression and Accent Essentials cartridge. The Martha Stewart Doily punch was used and finished the card off with Spring Moss Crinkle Ribbon.

Wait until you see the full reveal! The add-ons to this set are so fun!

Make sure to check out the Peachy Keen Blog for more sneak peeks!

Have a Peachy Day!

Mani - Pedi? ~ Scrappy Moms Stamps TTC

Hi Crafty Friends! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

It's challenge time at Scrappy Moms Stamps!

For this Terrific Tuesday Challenge we are to use a cut from the Forever Young Cricut Cartridge. Don't have this cartridge? No worries! Just use a similar cut. We want everyone to play along!

I created a small card/tag.

This would be so cute to attach to a gift bag filled with all the things needed for a manicure/pedicure.

I created this card in my Gypsy by welding the shadows of the nail polish cut. I cut it and all the layers at 5 inches.

I embellished it with some Pink Sorbet Baker's Twine ( available at Scrappy Moms Stamps ), a button, and a flat pearl from my stash.

The sentiment is from the newly released "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" stamp set.

I hope you will join us in the challenge. We would love to see what you can create and, who knows? You may win a set of stamps!

Head over to Scrappy Moms Stamps to see what my fellow design team members have created.

"A Boy's Life" ~ SPS Inspiration

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing inspiration using products from Shop Pumpkin Spice.

I created a card using Echo Park's "A Boy's Life" 6x6 paper pad. This stack is filled with bright and colorful papers that I know I will use again and again.

I am so pleased with the way this card came out. It could be used as a birthday, congratulations, or encouragement card. Echo Park's "A Boy's Life" is filled with wonderful designs and I know I will get a lot of use out of this pad.

I used my Cricut Expression and my Gypsy to cut out my shapes. I then inked all my edges with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye. I added some wooden buttons from my stash and inked them, also. I added The Twinery Twine in Pea Pod and Lemondrop to my buttons.

These items can be found at Shop Pumpkin Spice:
The Twinery Baker's Twine in Pea Pod and Lemondrop

Other items used:
Gypsy Wanderings ~ scalloped circle
Plantin Schoolbook ~ circle

Scrappy Moms Stamps April Release!!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

It's and exciting day! Today Scrappy Moms Stamps is releasing not one but TWO new sets of stamps! You are going to love them!

Take a look!

The sentiments on both these sets are just so fun!

I used the new Little Critters set for my card today.

To make the sentiment fit I just taped off one word, then inked my stamp, took off the tape, and stamped the setiment. I did it again with the other word.

The designer paper is from My Mind's Eye "Party Time" stack. The stamped background is from Peachy Keen Stamps PK-107 Cloudy Day, the eye on my fish is from PK-293 The Cornies Face Assortment and the party hat is from PKSC-04 Stamp of the Month.  I cut the little fish using my Cricut Expression and Create A Critter Cricut Cartridge and the waves are from Plantin Schoolbook. I used The Twinery baker's twine in Pink Sorbet to create a pom-pom for the party hat and for the bow. The Twinery baker's twine can also be purchased from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

All of the designers will be featuring projects using these new stamps over the next few days so be sure to visit their blogs to have a look. We also have a guest designer with us this month, Marlene from Scrappin' Cookie. I love her designs and I think you will, too!

Now head over to Scrappy Moms Stamps to get these fabulous stamps! They are in stock and ready to ship!

Thank you for stopping in today. I will be back soon with more projects featuring Scrappy Moms Stamps!
