Hog Heaven! and Milkin' It! ~ PK Connection Challenges

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Have you linked up your projects to the May Release Challenges on the Peachy Keen Connection yet?

If not, you still have a little time left and a chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate to Peachy Keen Stamps!

Here is the card I created for Challenge #1 Flower Power.

For this card, I used the newly released PKSC-17 May 2013. I colored this cute little pig with Spectrum Noir markers. My patterned paper is from Echo Park's Bundle of Joy Girl 6x6 paper pad.

I cut my mat from the Lacy Labels Cricut cartridges stamped it with PK-107 Cloudy Day background stamp. Iadded a flower and ribbon from my stash to finish my card.

Here is a close up of the this cute little pig!

I created this next card for Challenge #2 Shaped It Up!

I used the bottle found on the Simply Charmed Cricut cartridge for my shape. The shadow was welded together using my Gypsy.

This cutie-patootie baby girls is from PK-209 Life is Good Babies. This little girl is just the sweetest! I colored her with Copic markers and paper-pieced her clothing.  The bottle she is holding and the sentiment are from PKSC-17 May 2013.  I added some baker's twine and a small rose from my stash to finish it off.

The May release is currently 20% off retail through Sunday, May 12th. so, if you haven't purchased yours yet you may want to do it soon. You can find the whole release at the Peachy Keen Stamps store!
