Rockin' New Years Blog Hop! ~ Day 2

Good Morning, my scrappy Friends! Welcome to Day 2 of the Rockin' New Years Blog Hop! If you came from the Fabulous Roma's blog then you are in the right place. If you just happened  here and want to start the hop from the beginning then head on over to Carol's Sweet Creations.

I wanted today's card to remind you of the ball dropping in Times Square. I think it looks more like a Christmas ornament but I decided to post it anyway!
Here is what you need to make this card:
Cricut Cartridges ~ Plantin School Book, numbers, ball, rectangle ~ Wild Card, Sentiment
Gypsy ~ I welded the 2011 to a rectangle to create the base
Metallic silver cardstock
Solid Cardstock ~ Recollections
Cuttlebug ~ Tiny Mosiac Embossing Folder
Silver Stickles
Ribbon
Foam Tape
