SPS August Blog Hop and August Kit Release

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today the Shop Pumpkin Spice design team is hoppin'!

If you came here from Carissa's blog: Happily Ever Paper Crafter then you are in the right place. If not, you may want ot head on over to the Pumpkin Spice Blog to start from the beginning. I know the girls have some wonderful projects to share!

I have the priviledge of being the featured designer this month for Shop Pumpkin Spice. That means I got to play with the new August Kit.

The August Kit contains the following:

42 – sheets 6 x 6 (no duplicates) Time for Spring (fancy pants), Everyday Eclectic, Paradise Beach (Echo Park)
6 – Bazzill white base cardstock
12 – A2 White Envelops
1 - Indie Chic wood label
4 – 18” lengths of 4 different Indie Chic Garland
1 – collection of 11 buttons from various Indie Chic collections
3 – Indie Chic Titles
1 – Sheet of Indie Chic Label Stickers
3 – 24” lengths of twine (3 different colors)
This kit is filled with beautiful papers and embellishments. With all this goodness I decided to create a Stack the Deck Mini Album.
WARNING: This will be a picture heavy post!

This paper is gorgeous. All my paper and envelopes are included in the kit. This is the cover of my mini album. I used a fiscars punch for the scallops, Sweet Treats Cricut cartridge to cut my tag, and some embellishment from the August kit. ( button, baker's twine, washi tape)

The Prima flowers and the brad was purschased from the Shop Pumpkin Spice Store.

Here is a close up of some of the detail.

A View from the tip of the album. This album is not my original idea. This is patterned after Laura Denison's Stack the Deck Mini Album that she posted on her blog: The Paper Trail. She makes the most creative albums and I have been a follower of her blog and Youtube channel for quite some time. You can see the post of her Stack the Deck Mini --> HERE

The following are pictures of the beautiful papers that I have used for my pages. I have yet to embellish them. I will be sharing my finished pages throughout the month of August so be sure to come back.

Here is another view of the cover.

I have yet to figure out a title for this album but I will definately share it when I have. :)
If you have hung on with me this long then you deserve a chance to win some blog candy.

Today I am giving away My Pink Stamper's "Girlie Doodles."

To win this set:

1. Be a follower if my blog.
2. Leave a comment.

Easy Peasy!

Now it's time to head on over the the Pumpkin Spice Blog.

Have a great weekend!

New follower. Love your mini. I recently have discovered Laura Denison and have been hooked on making albums. I will have to check back to see how you embellish the rest of the album. Love the cover.
